All went as smoothly and as well as I could have expected. Susan was a wonderful professional and constantly available to us during this process. We realized a lot had to happen on short turn around and her and AES & Devon's efforts are greatly appreciated.

I am writing to you to thank you for having such a smart, efficient, conscientious and just one of the BEST women I have ever worked with, Susan Cowles.
I have been in sales for 28 years and always prided myself on customer service. Well, Susan came close…OK she beat me, which is very hard for me to admit. She returned phone calls and e-mails promptly, did what she said she would do and admitted what she could not do, which was not much. Susan is a genius.
I appreciated her honesty, responsiveness and professionalism. I am one tough customer, because I always held the bar very high for myself. Susan jumped my bar, but that is just between you and me. (Sorry, that competitive side of mine is showing through.)
It is so refreshing to find that there are people like Susan in today’s world. It seems that there are so many that just do their job a little bit extra when the boss is around. Not, Susan she...oops, I ran out of adjectives to describe how truly brilliant she is.
